Shame Spiral Joyride
By Joanna Greaney
Ever felt shame about who you are?
'Shame Spiral Joyride' is a solo-show about her shameful life as Catholic-raised, bisexual, Irish woman and how she survived.
The cabaret lovechild of Hannah Gadsby and Dame Edna Everidge, with the heart of Fun Home and the spirit of Oh! What A Lovely War.
Shame only grows in secrecy and silence.
This shameless cabaret party is the antidote.
Break free from the gloopy soup of shame to reveal the brilliance of human resilience through original songs, dance and maybe mime.
We'll try anything to rid ourselves of shame.
