Fabricate Theatre's critically acclaimed production of Bunny, by Olivier award-winning writer Jack Thorne, will transfer to the Tristan Bates Theatre for a limited run from 15 to 27 January 2018.
A vital tale for our time, Bunny is an interrogation into the mind of one young girl struggling to find her place within a modern world lacking intimacy and connection.
A summer of love. A fight. A car chase. A siege.
When Katie's boyfriend is attacked on the streets of Luton, she is propelled outside of her borders on to the frontier of council estates and concrete jungles.
Amidst the sweltering heat, the baying for blood and longing for love, Katie is forced to decide her future.
Fabricate Theatre is dedicated to creating innovative and relevant pieces that speak to young people and showcase issues they face.
Artistic director, Catherine Lamb, says ...
"Our mission is to create work which young people can see themselves reflected in.
We aim to encourage them to join the discussion and explore challenging subject matters within the safe space of the theatre.
We strive to attract young people who would not normally choose to go to the theatre by staging exhilirating, fast pace and vibrant shows to inspire and inform our audiences."
