Playing at Queen's Theatre Hornchurch from 8 to 24 March (and also touring) this production of Diane Samuels' Kindertransport, celebrates a number of anniversaries.
First, it marks 25 years since Ms Samuels wrote her extraordinary and haunting play.
It also marks 80 years since the Kindertransport - the operation which saw thousands of Jewish children ferried from Austria and Germany to safety in the UK.
And finally, it signals Suzan Sylvester's return to the play in the role of mother Evelyn having performed as daughter Faith in the 1993 premiere production.
Suzan will be joined by a cast of actors from across Europe: Hannah Bristow as Faith, Leila Schaus as Eva, Catherine Janke as Helga, Jenny Lee as Lil and Matthew Brown as the Ratcatcher.
