Tony and Olivier Award-winning director Marianne Elliott has teamed up with producer Chris Harper to create a new theatre company, Elliott & Harper Productions.

For their first show, Ms Elliott reunites with playwright Simon Stephens, and the creative team from The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time for the UK premiere of Heisenberg: The Uncertainty Principle.

The 'surprising and life-affirming new play' will star the critically acclaimed Anne-Marie Duff and Kenneth Cranham and will play at Wyndham's Theatre in London's West End for a limited run between 3 October 2017 and 6 January 2018.

The play focuses on two strangers meeting by chance amidst the bustle of a crowded London train station which results in their lives being changed forever.

Ben Brantley writing for The New York Times described Heisenberg: The Uncertainty Principle as a

"wondrously stealthy play".
