Synopsis

On Midsummer's Night, the wall between the fairy realm and the mortal world breaks down.

Four wide-eyed lovers find themselves wrapped in the arms of lurking sprites and fairy royalty.

Set in an enchanted forest with feuding fairies, sparring lovers and a group of painfully keen amateur actors, what could possibly go wrong?

Chief mischief-maker Puck is on hand to ensure that the course of true love is anything but smooth.

Shakespeare's much loved, relentlessly knotty comedy is brought to life by The Play On Theatre Company in their debut outing.

This intimate yet explosive production reinvents Shakespeare's classic play and explores the compromise between order and disorder in a society stripped of its freedom.
