Overview
Synopsis
Greyson Matters is an exuberant new musical with a book by Sabrina Goodall (Producer, Waiting For Johnny Depp, A New Musical) and music and lyrics by Kevin Davis.
Full of heart and humour, the musical tells the story of Geneva, an ageing woman dealing with unemployment, homelessness, and dementia in Cleveland, Ohio.
As she stubbornly fights to save her assisted living home in and refuses to give up her what she believes to be her job, her determination to keep a secret alienates her from the two true loves of her life - her son and his father.
Through interacting with her "mythical granddaughter", she learns about what matters most of all in life - love.
Featuring a soulful score, Greyson Matters is a story about love, forgiveness, and hope for the future and helps us to discover that our destiny is not bound by today's reality.
