Background


Stephen Sondheim is a multi award-winning composer and lyricist with a host of major musical works to his name including A Little Night Music and Assassins, which have both been recently performed at RADA.


James Lapine has been his collaborator on a number of musicals including Passion and Sunday in the Park with George.


James Bonas trained as an actor at RADA before developing a career as a director, with interests ranging from theatre and contemporary opera to innovation in the use of video design and animation.


Recent credits include work at Teatro Nacional de São Carlos in Lisbon, Opéra National de Lyon, Bergen National Opera, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Scottish Ballet, BBC Proms and the National Theatre.


This amateur production is presented by arrangement with Music Theatre International (Europe).
