A man and woman are drifting apart.
Their relationship is complicated.
What remain are memories, images and illusions they cannot control.
Combining cutting-edge video technology with 19th-century stage magic techniques, Kalle Nio creates mystery, unease and dark humour in this award-winning show.
Original and intriguing, Lähtö's teasing ambiguity recalls '60s cult movie Blow Up and other films by Italian maestro Michelangelo Antonioni.
The twisted, dreamlike soundscape is the work of composer, Samuli Kosminen, best known for his collaborations with Kronos Quartet.
Co-founded by Finnish magician/visual artist Kalle Nio, WHS productions have toured worldwide and played an important part in the recent rise to prominence of new Finnish circus.
