Synopsis

This raw, thought-provoking piece of new writing grapples with some heavy themes, including an honest exploration of depression and suicide.

The Samaritans Suicide Statistics Report 2017 stated that the highest suicide rate in the UK was for men aged 40-44, with Male rates remaining consistently higher than female suicide rates across the UK and Republic of Ireland - most notably 5 times higher in Republic of Ireland and around 3 times in the UK.

Loop is a show that offers the chance to explore some of the mental health themes with characters who desperately need to get beyond self-medicating with drink and drugs.
