Blue Butterfly Productions brings Ella Hickson's poignant and fast-talking dark comedy to the Courtyard Theatre for 14 nights this October.
In support of Dementia UK, the company will be collecting donations for the charity at each show to help spread awareness for life with Dementia, it's effects on loved ones, carers and the wider community.
"I don't have fire in my belly or idealism on my tongue and I'm not singing the song of change and why?
Because I don't know the words yet; but I will.
We will. I won't be forgotten."
It's Christmas Eve 2008 and as the USA prepares for Obama's inauguration, 23-year-old Joey arrives in New York City to surprise her estranged father George when a chance encounter with Sam changes her life forever.
Friendship, family, love and loss are under the microscope as we see three characters desperate for something or someone to believe in.
