Synopsis

Montagues and Capulets, life and death, love and hate - Romeo & Juliet is a play of opposites: a city torn apart by warring factions.

Two young lovers risk everything to cross the battlelines drawn by their elders and the ancient feud spills onto the streets.

Shakespeare's famous story of star-crossed lovers is vividly reimagined in a contemporary world riven by opposing passions.
