Wheelchair access

The theatre is located a 10 minute walk from London Bridge tube station which is an accessible station.


Drop offs can be made on Potters Fields where there is level access to the entrance of the theatre.


There is level access into the building.


There are approximately 12 steps to the Stalls and Gallery 1 and 2, 3 to Gallery 3.


There is one platform lift to all levels of theatre space.


You can borrow a wheelchair to use during your visit.

Visual assistance

An allocation of seats is usually held for blind and partially-sighted customers.


If you cannot find seats online, email the venue at access@bridgetheatre.co.uk and tell them of your requirements.



Hearing assistance

Audio aids are available for all performances.


There are two types of hearing enhancements: headsets for people who don’t use hearing aids, or neck loops for use with a hearing aid by switching it to the ‘T’ position.


Headsets are essential and should be collected before the performance from the ticket desk.


Assistance dogs are welcome in all spaces.
