Theatre closures due to coronavirus outbreak

From Saturday 15 August 2020, indoor performances at London theatres are allowed (with social distancing).

Outdoor performances (where possible) can also go ahead.

However, most theatres remain closed as they either do not have outside spaces or regard the need for social distancing as uneconomic.

The show below will not currently be playing and is scheduled to close by 15 August 2020 (when theatres can reopen for indoor performances).

Original performance dates are given below and reflect any changes we know about.

Synopsis

Multi-award winning writer Zinnie Harris draws on the legend of Orpheus and Eurydice in this gripping tale of devotion and loss.

"I was near to death but I got this incredible surge, this superhuman surge, and I swam. I swam.”

When a boat trip goes horribly wrong, Helen and her girlfriend Robyn find themselves stranded on an island in the middle of the sea.

As the night draws in, it becomes clear that the island is not as it first appears. And neither are Helen and Robyn.
