Synopsis
Archie is a wealthy successful man from China or so it seems, but when his wife falls ill and starts sleep walking his world is turned upside down.
Soon he starts encountering spirits that are after revenge.
But to find the truth and save his wife he would risk exposing hidden secrets that could end his marriage and the life he leads.
Trial of Love reveals the human conflict of love and greed, questioning what would you sacrifice to save yourself.
This supernatural tale is based on the traditional Chinese story of Wang Kui Betrays Guying.
The Trial of Love is a black comedy horror, that uses elements of Chinese traditional opera and physical theatre within its storytelling.
