General

The venue is committed to making sure everyone can enjoy its facilities.


If you'd like to discuss any access requirements before you visit, call the Box Office team on or email .


And if you need any assistance while you're here at the theatre just ask a member of staff - they'll be happy to help.


artsdepot is completely accessible to wheelchair users with step free access throughout.


Multiple lifts provide access to all floors.


The Box Office, Café, and Bar all have lowered counter-top sections for wheelchair users to place their orders.


Disabled toilets can be found on levels 2 & 3.


Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome.


If you're coming to see a show and have special access requirements, contact the venue in advance so that we can make sure your needs are catered for.


They have specific seats available for wheelchair users inside the two theatres.


These provide good views of the stage and ease of access.


Call the Box Office to book these seats.


artsdepot's disability and access policy complies with the Disability Discrimination Act, where all patrons are treated equally and therefore does not offer concessions for disabled audience members.


However, for most performances, if you are disabled and require a personal assistant that personal assistant can receive a complimentary ticket.


Both of the theatres have induction loop infrared systems for those who are hard of hearing.


Please make the venue aware when booking tickets, so they can ensure you receive a headset when you arrive.


For most performances, assistance dogs are welcome in the auditorium.


However, on occasion this may not be possible due to the content or format of the show.


Contact the Box Office in advance if you would like to bring an assistance dog to a performance.


A member of staff can dog-sit for the duration of a performance upon request.


10 spaces for disabled badge holders are available in the car park below artsdepot, run by euro car parks. The car park is open:


Mon - Sat, 7.30am - 9pm (pay & display)

Sun and Bank Holidays, 9am - 5pm (free)


After evening performances you can reach the car park via the artsdepot lift; the gates open automatically to let cars out.


There is also a drop off area for disabled visitors and carers, right outside our front entrance.
