Access information

Wheelchair access

Wheelchair access into the building is via main entrance on Southwark Street. Ask at front desk of the restaurant for assistance into step-free entrance. There are disabled toilet facilities on the same level as the restaurant. If you are visiting the theatre, we will have a member of staff assist you with entering the theatre and getting comfortable. You need to arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts in order to facilitate this. The theatre can take one wheelchair per performance, located at the front of the auditorium with an excellent view of the stage. There will always be at least one space available next to the wheelchair space for a companion. There is a concession rate for those registered disabled, and one companion may also purchase a ticket at the concession rate (providing concession tickets are not sold out for that performance). ALL wheelchair spaces need to be booked directly with the venue, in advance of your visit.

Visual assistance

Customers with visual imparements qualify for concession rates for themselves plus a companion.

Hearing assistance

Customers with hearing imparements qualify for concession rates for themselves plus a companion. No infra red or loop system installed, but the intimate size of the venue means you can sit only a few feet away from performers. Ask for concession seats as close to the front as possible when booking.

Current shows

Habeas Corpus

The antics of the Wicksteed home are a darkly satirical merry-go-round in Alan Bennett's Habeas Corpus. Family, friends and the quest for sexual pleasures of the body ("corpus") are the ruling passions in this farcical comedy of ill-manners.
