There are a number of wheelchairs for visitors to use, subject to availability from the Artist's Entrance. Request one on arrival.
Udderbelly Festival
Fully accessible to wheelchairs. Patrons with mobility issues are advised to allow extra time to get to Udderbelly Festival and make yourself known to a member of staff upon arrival. For more information on accessibility and to book tickets, please contact the box office on or .
Royal Festival Hall
All levels of the auditorium can be reached using the JCB glass lift or the other internal lifts. The door and seat number you need are printed on your ticket.
There are spaces for wheelchair users and their companions.
There are power-assisted doors at each entrance of the hall.

Guide and companion dogs can be taken into the auditorium - let staff know when booking if you need extra space.
Hearing assistance

There is an infrared system in the auditorium. You can use this by adjusting your hearing aid to the ‘T’ setting. Headsets can be collected from the Ticket Office.
There is a portable sound enhancement system that can be used in other areas.
