Emerging talent - New performance - New writing
London's festival of brand new performance for the theatrically adventurous returns for its 21st year at Camden People's Theatre from 5 to 24 March 2018.
Sprint festival is back at Camden People's Theatre for 2018 with three weeks of shows by surprising theatre-makers you've yet to meet.
Sprint is CPT's flagship annual festival of adventurous new performance and will run from 5 to 24 March 2018.
For 21 years, the festival has been hosting the most eye-opening new talents in theatre - many of whom are now fixtures on major stages worldwide.
Always a highlight of the CPT year, Sprint is when the venue plays 'fastest and loosest', where it opens its doors widest to the most extraordinary array of new and diverse indie theatre talent.
Brian Logan, artistic director of CPT, said
"Even at a theatre that zeroes in all year round on the fresh-minted, the out-there and the forward-looking, Sprint mainlines the shock of the new.
This is when we throw open our doors to the newest artists and the freshest work (in many instances, their first ever professional projects); to theatre-makers we haven't welcomed before and some friends with hot-off-the-press projects to share.
It's a three-week tumult of innovative new performance, the air's going to crackle with unexpected ideas - and we look forward to sharing it all with our audiences."
Details of the extensive festival line-up (46 different shows across 19 nights) are available here, and there are special offers on tickets including
- the Early Bird - tickets at just £7.50 (if booked by 2 February)
- a Season Pass where you can get 20% discount when you book 5 or more shows
