Afterglow extends at Waterloo East

London's hottest stage hit, seen by over 10,000 people, 'Afterglow' today announces a 2 week extension to its scheduled run at Waterloo East Theatre.
Afterglow - which the Huffington Post described as "a steamy stripped-down look at gay intimacy" - enjoyed a multiple-extended run Off-Broadway, selling 23,000 seats in a 69-seat theatre and grossing over $1million.
S. Asher Gelman's play premiered in the UK at Southwark Playhouse where it was seen by over 8,000 people and subsequently transferred to Waterloo East Theatre.
With the cast nominated Best Ensemble and a Best Director nomination in the Off West End Awards, the show has been extended for an two extra weeks at Waterloo East, with its closing date now set for 8 December (it had had been booking to Sunday 24 November).
The show will celebrate 100 London performances on Tuesday 12 November.
Following the 9.30pm performance on 23 November there will be a Q and A with writer S Asher Gelman and the cast.
