4 New Plays, 4 Writers, 32 Actors in this festival from The Richard Burton Company - the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama's in-house company - performing at the Gate Theatre from 29 March to 2 April 2016.

The Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama's in-house company, The Richard Burton Company, present a week-long celebration of new writing for a third year with another four world premieres at their home in Cardiff before transferring once again to London’s Gate Theatre.


They continue their collaboration with The Royal Court Theatre and Paines Plough presenting three new plays by some of the most exciting new writing talent in the UK: Elinor Cook, Ali Taylor and Joe Ward Munrow.


And this year they are also working alongside Sherman Cymru to present a new play by Dafydd James.


The shows take place between 22 and 25 March 2016 at the Richard Burton Theatre & Bute Theatre, Cardiff, before transferring to The Gate Theatre, Notting Hill, London between 29 March and 2 April 2016.
