The King’s Head Theatre announces 'Plays on Film' its first digital on-demand season, bringing together five smash-hit shows from some of the UK’s most exciting theatre makers.

Like many of London's theatres, Islington's King's Head Theatre closed its doors over a year ago on 16 March 2020.
Now the venue has announced its first ever digital on-demand season which they've titled 'Plays on Film'.
The season will bring together five smash-hit shows from some of the UK's most exciting theatre makers, and combines the immediacy of live performance with high definition cinematography.
The shows were filmed (by award-winning Shoot Media) on location at the King's Head and will be available to watch worldwide on KHTV - the King's Head's new digital platform.
Over 50% of ticket sales will go directly to the artists and companies involved in the shows with the remainder helping to secure the future of the UK's leading pub theatre.

Tickets are now on sale to all with prices at £10 to £18, with a season pass for all five shows available for £60.
