The Quentin Dentin Show

London theatre news: Saturday 14 May 2016

London West End - Musicals - Opening

This rock musical hit from last year's Edinburgh Fringe is destined for a new London run at the Arts Theatre from 16 to 28 May 2016.

This musical by Henry Carpenter was a hit at last year's Edinburgh Fringe, and since then it has undergone something of a makeover, having been significantly reworked since last summer.

In fact, the show is now in its seventh iteration after a residency at Rich Mix and research and development at the National Theatre Studio.

Described by as an “extraordinary and eccentric” exploration of life, love and therapy, it features a live rock band and a full chorus of fish, ‘friends’ and lemons!

Synopsis

Keith and Nat’s relationship needs intensive care. So when they accidentally summon the supernatural therapist Quentin Dentin out of the radio, it seems like a dream come true.

But the charming Mr Dentin’s mission of happiness has an altogether darker purpose … also, he won’t stop singing.

And here's another taste ...
