Festival type: Emerging talent

Region: London

About the festival

The aim is to encourage current drama school and university students, as well as graduates to stage their works to a paying audience.

The festival will take place over 3 weekends in March and April (Friday and Saturday) and will allow for groups with a max of 3 performers to showcase 30 minutes of work.

A total of 20 acts will have the opportunity to showcase their work at one of the 3 venues.

Day passes will be available to purchase if you wish to watch all shows.

Making your first steps into staging your own works after higher education can be a tough task.

There's plenty to think about as you're not only creating and devising your own works, you're having to bear in mind the marketing and financial aspects of a show.

What the Pub Theatre Festival looks to do is to create a launchpad for the voices of tomorrow.

Everyone has to start from somewhere, and with a little support, possibilities can be endless.

Starts:Friday 30 March 2018

Ends:Monday 30 April 2018
