About the festival

At the heart of the festival is brand new theatre by the hottest emerging talent, several of whom are Waltham Forest residents. Building on incredible demand from our inaugural year, we also have an expanded family programme to keep young people (and their parents) thoroughly entertained.

In addition to contemporary theatre and family shows, there'll be the first ever Stars Over The Forest, our talent showcase for young artists making waves in the borough; a sneak preview of Lil.Miss.Lady, a theatre-meets-rave concept exploring British Grime music and female MCs; big comedy names including The Horne Section and Tim Key; music from all female group TRILLS; play readings of newly commissioned works, intimate gigs in the back of a van with Soul in the Van, late night comedy nights and loads more!

The Festival Hub in Walthamstow Town Square Gardens is free to enter and is open every day (except Mondays).

Here you can buy tickets, enjoy food, coffee, our bar, and live music programmed at various times throughout the Festival.

Come along, bring your family, and introduce friends to another of the amazing events that make Waltham Forest such a special place to live and visit.
