About Fairfield Halls


Fairfield Halls is south London's largest arts centre.


Following a multi-million-pound redevelopment Fairfield Halls will be at the heart of Croydon's new cultural and education quarter.


The venue houses a playhouse, concert hall, studio spaces, rehearsal rooms, restaurants, bars and business lounge.


Offering a wide range of performances and facilities including classical performances, concerts, comedy, drama, community shows, conferences, weddings and events.


Fairfield Halls is managed by BH Live, one of the UK's leading leisure and event venue operators - a social enterprise that designs and builds engaging experiences to inspire people and enrich lives.


Access information


General

Ticket desk, toilets, performance and exhibition spaces are accessible to all, as are the cafes, bars and restaurants across the venue.


Disabled access parking spaces in the adjacent underground car park with a lift directly into the venue.


Automatic entry doors - push button or infrared.


Accessible toilets equipped with alarms.


Ashcroft Playhouse and Phoenix Concert Hall both offer an Infrared Amplification System for people with hearing impairments.


Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs are welcome in all venues and water is available upon request.


Customers with special seating or access requirements can join the Access Scheme, which enables the venue to provide the best possible service and seats for customers with accessibility needs.


It's free to join and members get a personal service to tell them what's coming up, as well as information about concessionary tickets.
