General
Talk to the box office team who will help you plan your visit. Disabled concessions and free companion tickets to a wide variety of the centre's live events. Seeing & hearing guide dogs are welcome and water can be provided for all guide dogs.

Wheelchair access
There are ramps and lifts to all areas of the building with adapted WCs throughout the centre, reserved parking close to the building and a lowered counter at the Box Office. To enhance your safety and to comply with fire regulations, we request that wheelchair-users bring a friend or companion with them.
Hearing assistance
An induction loop system is available in both performance spaces: Elliott Hall and The Studio. The centre aims to provide at least one interpreted performance per season and a proportion of family shows incorporate signing as part of the performance.
