Wheelchair access

The Donmar is wheelchair accessible. Please let the Box Office know of your requirements when booking.

Visual assistance

Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome in the auditorium - request an aisle seat when you book.

Alternatively staff are happy to dog sit for you.

An audio-described performance for blind and partially sighted patrons led by Vocaleyes is available for all productions.

Hearing assistance

There is an infrared hearing system in the main auditorium - collect headsets from the Box Office.

You will need to leave a deposit of an item of I.D. (driving license/bus pass) and contact details.

There is an induction loop in the box office for hearing aid users.

A captioned performance by stagetext for deaf and hearing impaired patrons is avilable for every prodeuction.
